Beverage Pricing
All beverage packages include coffee and tea service. Soda and beer are additional. Wines are subject to seasonality.
A $15 corking fee will be applied to all bottles that are brought in.

All wine by the glass or bottle
Beer, soda and sparkling water will be added to your final bill.
Pricing depends on how much your friends and family drink during your event.

Wine – Two Per Person
Wine is limited to 2 glasses person and wine is to be picked out prior to the event.
Starting at $12 per person and will increase based on wine selections.

Case – Selected By The Bottle
You select bottles from our selection the week prior to your event. By preselecting wines you are saving $5 per bottle in corkage fee.
Pre-selected bottles begin at $25 for house bottles and go up from there.

House Red Case
12 bottles, mix of red and white. You tell us what kind of wine you would like and we select you a case for your event.
Basic house wine cases start at $300 (12 bottle cases).

Flights
We recommend this with a small group or with a sit down dinner. With this option your wine selections will be described to your guests as they enjoy their flights. You can choose from having all white, all red, all sparkling or a mix of the three. We can plan menus to pair with = your wine flights if you will be doing food.
Flights start at $12 per person and will increase depending on wine selections.

Cash Bar
You tell us how many people you will be expecting and we open our bar to pour whatever your guests would like. Guests pay for all beverages as they order, or start individual tabs by leavinga credit card with the bartender.
There is no cost to you besides whatever tab you start.

Non Alcoholic
Soda, Sparkling water, coffee, tea. Add espresso and espresso beverages for $5 per person.
Pricing for this package starts at $5 per person, goes up to $10 when including espresso beverages.

Food Pricing
All food packages are custom and subject to change due to seasonality. Some substitutions will be made due to produce availability.
We are happy to make adjustments to packages due to allergies and dietary needs.

Seated Dinner: We also offer seated dinners based on our current dinner menu. This option is a per-person pricing based on how many courses and which options you select.
Events at House Red - Things to Know
Event Sizes
Groups under 20 are able to fit in our lounge area for a cocktail-style party with wine and appetizers OR we can schedule a pre-set plated dinner at a long community table.
Any party over 20 people will require a party contract. Why? We are a small restaurant with limited seating, especially on the weekends. Setting up a party contract allows us to reserve the space for your group and ensure the smoothest event possible.
Please contact us with the size and type of your party and we can let you know how we are best able to accomodate you.
Room Rental Fees
House Red does not require a Room Rental Fee on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday.
If you are interested in having your event on a Monday, a day we are normally closed, we charge a $300 Room Fee.
Events on Thursday, Saturday, and Friday have a Room Rental Fee based on the time and size of your event. This fee can range from $75 to $150 per hour.
On weekend nights we do have a minimum amount that parties need to meet in order to rent the entire space. Contact us for this information.
Buffet Set Up
House Red will have the buffet ready at the beginning of your event and keep platters replenished until your ordered food runs out. We are always happy to add extra items to your buffet, but please be aware that most items are made to order and might not be available (example: lamb meatballs are prepared fresh, once we go through all the meatballs for your party we generally don’t have extra lamb to make more). Any additional food will be added to the final balance due at the end of your event.
Ending Your Event
If there is food left at thirty minutes before the end of your event, you have the option to have our staff box up leftovers for you or your guests to take home. Alternatively we can set out small to-go boxes for your guests to help themselves.
If you have purchased beer or wine by the CASE we will have any bottles leftover packaged and ready for you to take home at the end of your event. As with food, we are happy to add extra alcohol to your party as needed.

Before we write up a contract for your party there are a few things that we need to know. When you contact us please have an idea of how many people you are expecting, your budget for the event, and what type of bar package you are most interested in. These stepping stones will help us start your party planning off on the best foot possible!
